Picture your busiest night

Remember Your Busiest Night?
Now Run It Every Week.

Think back to that fundraiser night. The room packed wall to wall, every table ordering food and another round, the energy through the roof. That was the best your bar has looked in months. A great weekly trivia night bottles that same magic and pours it out again, week after week, turning your slowest shift into the one your regulars build their whole week around.

A Full Room on a Slow Night

Teams arrive early to claim a table and stay for hours. Your deadest weeknight starts to feel like a Friday, with the buzz to match.

Regulars Who Come Back Weekly

Trivia builds ritual. The same teams return every single week, bring their friends, and fill the seats you had written off.

More Spent Every Visit

People settle in for the whole night, ordering another round, sharing plates, and running up tabs between every round.

And the best part? The hard work is already done.

You don't have to write a single question or spend hours preparing. We create the entire quiz and send it to you ready to run. Simply plug a laptop into your venue's screen and sound system, then have someone from your team take the microphone. That could be an outgoing staff member, a regular, or a friend of the bar with a bit of personality. We provide the running order, host notes, and extra clues where needed, so your quizmaster has everything they need to deliver a fun, engaging night with confidence.

The weeknight problem

Quiet Tuesday Nights Costing You Money?

You are not alone. Most bars bleed money on dead weeknights while their fixed costs keep ticking. The good news: a great trivia night is the single most reliable way to fix it, and it has been working for venues for decades.

Weeknights Are Dead

Empty seats on Tuesdays and Wednesdays mean lost revenue you never get back. A weekly trivia night fills those tables with regulars who plan their week around it, turning your quietest shifts into ones your staff actually want to work.

Customers Don't Return

One-time visitors are expensive to win and easy to lose. Trivia nights create loyal regulars who bring their friends, build teams, stay for two extra rounds, and come back at the same time every single week.

Entertainment Is Expensive

Hiring a professional host or live entertainer typically costs $150 to $300 a night, and the quality can be a gamble. On-Tap Trivia costs just $49 a week. Have an outgoing staff member take the mic, or pay a trusted regular or friend of the bar a small fee to host. No expensive entertainer, no setup fee, no contract. Just a polished, professional quiz night your team can run with confidence.

Common questions

Common Questions

Every Monday we email you a complete, ready-to-run trivia night: presentation slides, a Host Q & A Sheet with every answer, printable team answer booklets, a marketing poster, and a bonus game. You connect a laptop to your screen and someone from your team hosts the room from the Host Q & A Sheet. There is nothing to write and nothing to prepare. It is the same professionally produced content used by venues that have run trivia for years.

A TV or projector, a laptop or tablet to run the slides, printed answer booklets, and someone from your team to host. A microphone is highly recommended but not mandatory. If your venue already shows sports on a screen, you already have most of what you need. Setup takes about ten minutes.

No, but you do need a host. Someone has to read the questions, keep the energy up, engage with the teams, and keep the night flowing, and that person plays a big part in why customers return week after week. It does not have to be a professional quizmaster. A bartender, manager, friend of the bar, or outgoing staff member can do a fantastic job.

We make hosting easy. The Host Q & A Sheet includes every answer, helpful hints, interesting extra facts to share, and clear prompts for running the quiz. On screen, music cues let your host know exactly when to move on to the next question, keeping the night flowing naturally. Everything is designed so your host can walk in confident, focus on entertaining the room, and build the relationships that turn first-time players into loyal regulars.

You get the slides as a PowerPoint file, plus PDFs for the Host Q & A Sheet, answer booklets, and poster. Everything opens in standard software, so there is nothing extra to buy or install. You can present straight from a laptop, tablet, or even a USB stick.

A TV works perfectly. A 40-inch screen is plenty for most bars, and larger venues often use a projector or multiple screens so every team can see. As long as your screen can connect to a laptop or tablet, you are set. No special hardware is required.

Immediately. Subscribing takes about two minutes and you get instant access to your first pack, so you could run your very first trivia night this week. There is no onboarding call, no waiting period, and no setup fee.
