These terms govern your use of On-Tap Trivia and the trivia packs we provide. By subscribing or downloading a pack, you agree to these terms.

The Service

On-Tap Trivia provides digital trivia packs for use at bars and venues. Weekly subscribers receive a new pack each Monday. Single packs are one-time purchases. All packs are delivered digitally.

License and Use

We grant you a non-exclusive license to use our packs to run trivia nights at your venue. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share the content with other venues or third parties.

Subscriptions and Billing

• Weekly subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
• There are no setup fees and no lock-in contracts.
• You can cancel any time from your account and retain access through the end of your current billing period.
• Packs you have already received remain yours to use.

Refunds

Because our content is delivered digitally and immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable. If something is wrong with your pack, contact us and we will make it right.

Intellectual Property

All trivia content, designs, and materials remain the property of On-Tap Trivia and its parent company. Your license to use them does not transfer ownership.

Limitation of Liability

We provide our packs “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
